They dont take money from you for not spending it how they tell you like Wells Fargo does. You have local people helping you, they recognize you, and are able to help.

I love Richland federal credit union. No problems at all and the service is wonderful. I will recommend to family and friends. I had some issues with other banks but not this one.

Very willing to screw a guy over, told them I needed some time for a payment and they pull it out of my account anyways, 10/10 would NOT recommend this establishment to any of my friends or family.

This is my best guess. The credit union is part of the NCUA. Maybe go to a credit union closer to you, as long as you have the account number or a statement, maybe you can transfer the money to a different credit union?

No. Credit Unions generally don't indulge in high-risk activities such as payday loans.
