Unfortunately it took me a good while to figure out that they were charging me almost $75 more than any other company. On top of that for awhile no one would answer the phone. I purchased 2 cars in the time of using this company and each time had to call travelers and fight to talk to someone for proof of insurance because beacon point has it blocked to stop you from speaking to the insurance company directly. Travelers wasn’t great for the extra money I was getting charged either. It was beyond disappointing to learn how much money they took from me. I was charged $192 per my bank draft, Geico $116, other broker $120.

Who is the best insurance company for home and auto, not only price but also coverage and customer service? So many options are on the market that it's almost impossible to choose which one would be most appropriate for you on your own. It is always beneficial to check with a local independent insurance agent in your area first before you purchase online. Low cost insurance is available and can be found online if you choose to search for it. You can get the lowest rates through comparison shopping but be careful that you don't think you are saving money with an offer that is just providing less coverage. This is the easiest way to get screwed by insurance. Independent insurance agents won't work for just one insurance company as they will represent multiple companies in order to get their client the best coverage at the best rate.
Some companies are better than others, there is no such thing as the best insurance company because everyone's situation is different. It is best if you work with an independent insurance agent to find a plan that works for your needs.
