Very orderly and well managed. Our business there was addressed in a timely way, with very minimal waiting. The staff that helped us was knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. He took the time to explain things and made sure that everything was done thoroughly and correctly. The building and grounds were both clean and well maintained. There is plenty of handicap parking. The office is secured by an armed officer. Visitors and purses, bags, etc. are subject to search. Masks are still required as of this date.

I've called numous times and tried to get an appointment to help me figure if I should retire now or wait. I'm 64 disabled drawing SSI I told the lady on phone that none of my jobs show up and I needed to bring in my birth certificate and my father's death certificate for them to put in my file. None of this was important enough to get an appointment. The same lady every time and she told me office was only open for appointments. Well I am going to chance that she's just a blocker.

Waited on the phone for 15 minutes just to be told that my phone call couldn’t be taken and to try again later. Thanks for wasting 15 minutes of my life

Called to get paperwork printed off. Was forced to be transferred and wait on hold 3 times for 15 minutes per hold time, and was treated very rudely by each individual spoken to.

I don't know right now
You have to go to the office. And have proof of who you are.
Last that I knew of you got to apply for one at the office and they will mail it to you. And no it don't cost anything
Need to talk to some one there, for answers.
I need the number of the social security office in st. Joseph. Mo
No matter what state you live in doesn't matter. It's what jobs you worked at. It goes by your earnings.
Go to the license bureau with your marraige certificate and have a new driver's license made. I would take both to SS office just in case. If you take your current SS card and a piece of mail with your current address or new address everything should be covered, "just in case". In the past it was just your recorded marraige license but things are always changing
