This is somewhat of a good place but when you call them they take forever to answer the phone I have been on hold for 12:00 minutes or longer

Wonderful nurses working with some front desk staff members that lack customer service skills and/or are nice to only “certain type” of visitor or callers; specifically, the one that sits on the left side of the front desk as you come in.

This is a horrible place to try and have your kids seen they are constantly rescheduling and as soon as I said well it looks like we need to find another doctor because we are getting rescheduled multiple times they said ok I'll take you off the schedule no hesitation lol this was not the first or second time this was the 3rd or 4th we had been waiting for months now

After moving to the area, I was without a provider. I was very low on medications and completely out of Suboxone. I had called another place and they were very friendly however quite expensive. As I only have Medicaid, my options are limited. After trying several online doctor services, only to find out that they either could not serve my state or could not prescribe my medication, I was in full withdrawal. My mother suggested calling Northwest Healthcare Services (Family Medicine Associates). She received care from a provider there and was very happy with them. So, I called and explained my situation, honestly I expected to wait. To my surprise they were very understanding and with my medical records they called in my prescription that day and had me in the next day! I have been with them ever since. I see a nurse practitioner who is the most caring and compassionate woman. She listens to me and we work together to meet my healthcare needs. I would recommend Family Medicine Associates to anyone.
