The room was not cleaned but stunk of bleach badly. We booked and paid through Orbitz but at check in they asked for my card. I happly gave it thinking it may be for incidentals. The front desk lady said she had to up date rooms which was fine. 1 day after checkout we noticed another room charge on our account. They charged us for a room and refuse to give our money back even after I showed proof. Sketchy place. I will call corporate.

I have known people who have stayed here and figured for one night and airport parking it would be ok. Walking into the lobby all seemed ok. In our room there was stained chairs and other furniture. We had to wait 1 hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after being told it would only be a half hour. I had to call back a 40 minutes later to see if the shuttle had even left and it hadn’t. When the shuttle arrived an hour later there were tools in the back seat. Do yourself a favor and Spend the extra money on a nicer cleaner hotel and with better customer and shuttle service.

Positive: The motel was quiet. Breakfast was ok very limited choices. Bed was comfy. I would stay here again but it wouldn¿t be my first choice. Negative: Well there are repairs that need to be done to just about every door. The doors do not close correctly. The motel is outdated. We booked a suite it had a little bit of a kitchen in the room but no dishes in the cabinets or glasses. I found that odd.

No frills..below average friendliness. Close to the casino and the shuttle drivers are awesome..talkative..apologetic for delays and blow customer service out of the water when compared to the front desk. It's like checking out at walmart..if you are forced too..you can assure someone grumpy...working for a check and who is indifferent if you or another is standing in front of them. Parking lot is exceptional..well lit to keep the methies at bay and great rate for airport parking with shuttle.. Rooms are good..little cozy if you don't get the suite..but all good..comfy bed...good cable..all good!
