This is an ideal place to stay especially with kids. The rooms need to be updated. Both rooms carpet we stayed in had really bad stains & we found black hair on the floor & curtains ,but other than that the room was clean. The furniture needs to be updated, but the food ,drinks, and indoor/ outdoor pool make up for that. I have stayed at many places and never got breakfast and dinner free. The location for me was great for the hospital. It's in a great central location. The workers were nice. I will stay here again when I come back to Jackson for my chemo. I do think the price is a little much though for the room itself. There's nothing spectacular about them & our second room we didn't get cable like we did in our first. But all in all it's a great place to stay. I felt safe & it was clean except for the carpet & hair. The carpet needs to be removed and tile floors put in for easy clean up & sanitary reasons. The curtains need to be washed.

Drury Inn has always been a cut above other hotels. This one is no different. It's an elegant place to stay. My favorite thing about a good hotel is the hot shower. This Drury Inn has a large rain type shower head with good water pressure. On the road there is nothing better than a hot shower to relax. This one delivered in spades. The breakfast buffet was a generous assortment of hot food, from eggs to biscuits and gravy, to grits and potatoes, to sausage and waffles, to pastries and fruit. Lots of juice and plenty of good coffee help you get fuel for your day. In the evening there is a food buffet and bar. As long as your expectations are not too high, you can enjoy up to three free drinks with which to relax in the evening. The food bar in the evening had pasta Alfredo, chicken, baked potatoes, salad greens, mixed vegetables, nachos, and hot dogs, all with all the trimmings. There's a pool which we could smell but not see. Towel wrapped children was evidence that it was nearby and in good working order. Beds were comfortable, and the spacious room had a mini fridge and a small coffee service. This location seemed to be crowded, but we never heard any other guests. So a quiet, comfortable stay is in store here. We drove in from Cincinnati to see family at nearby St. Dominic Hospital, and were given a generous hospital rate. All the staff here are cheerful and friendly. Every single person had a smile and a pleasant greeting the whole time we were here. That was a great amenity, and probably, in this day and age, their greatest asset.

We were put in room 121 due to my husband's heart issues. Half the night was used trying to get him used to the loud noises from families coming and going from pool, which was right outside our door. We usually go to bed around 9pm, but being right in front of pool area made it a bit distracting with the noise. Our room had a strong urine smell of either a cat or dog that had stayed in the room before. I tried using a few sprits of body spray but it just hide the smell for a while. My husband is allergic to pet dander ,so leaving out early this morning, so he can breath again. I did give 3 stars because upon our arrival, we enjoyed a delicious snack that was served from 5:30 /7pm every evening. We met a lot of sweet ladies running the kitchen and they were all nice to talk to. On the way out, I let the manager know about the smell, and he said he would look into it. A very nice young man. Out of all the Drury Inn hotels we have had the privilege to stay in, this needs a little help to get the 5 stars.

It's a decent priced hotel when you first come into North Jackson. The breakfast was hot/good and the lunch was amazing. They also serve liquor and I enjoyed an employees special mix. The rooms were clean, the water was warm, and they had enough towels stocked. They're also pet friendly for a fee. Pool was also nice and quiet. I was the only one swimming, but it was nice.

Not sure. Depending on your circumstances, they may be willing to make an accommodation. Contact the property where you will be staying and speak directly with a rep or manager.
