My account has had fraud twice with this bank and after allowing a questionable transaction to go through now, they charged me overdraft fees for a fraud charge i actually got notified to say if I had made the charge and I said no, but allowed it to go through anyway. And I'm expected to cover the overdraft fees. I tried to deposit a check and they denied my transaction and now every day continue to take out overdraft fees. The only way to get out of the fraud charge is to sign a sheet that they emailed me, but you're not allowed to email back, only give back by mail or person, and after they receive the signed sheet, not sure how long but i sent it back a week or two ago and got informed today i still have 73 days before i get my money back and overdraft fees reimbursed. And to top it off for their running overdraft fees for their negligence, they shut off my direct deposit so I had to drive 40 miles to deposit a check for their negligence. Guess they were scared fraud might deposit a check.🤣 Not sure what's going on if they're short on money or what but unless you have a good stash of rainy day money , not a good choice for a bank.

Worst bank policies I have ever dealt with. Charges 6.00 to cash a payroll check from their bank. Furthermore, it takes 72 hours NO less for a payroll check to be approved & funds available. Terrible customer service, very rude tellers at the drive thru. We have NEVER experienced the issues a CB & T gave us!!! We will be changing banks.
