The UPS truck picks up next day air by noon on Saturdays. Any other night they pick up everything at 6pm.
Yes, The UPS Store does offer Notary Services. The State of Missouri allows a charge if $2.00 per notarized signature which is what they charge. No appointment is needed but check with them to ensure the Notary is available.
