Loren and his team came out on an urgent call Monday morning. He was able to fix our problem to a point where we could turn the water back on until the main fix was completed. My husband did some additional work to get ready for Loren's team to come back (purely my husband's choice to be hands-on). Loren made plans with my husband to ensure all the work needed was complete by the time his team came back. Loren and his team did the heavy lifting when it came to fixing and replacing needed pipes/parts for our bathroom. As always, they were fast, friendly, professional, and efficient. They were willing to work with our schedules. The job they competed was outstanding. We will definitely have them back again!
