Midland Marble and Granite had a huge selection and came to our house in Sedalia, MO. We are pleased with how quickly and professionally our fossil grey quartz counter and single bowl stainless steel sink were installed. I would recommend Robyne as she is a joy to work with and was very helpful with her suggestions.

Our experience with Midland Marble and Granite and our new construction home has been nothing short of a nightmare and unfortunately it’s not over yet. To start they were two weeks late delivering our first countertops. Some pieces were cut wrong and didn’t fit, some were the wrong color, our kitchen island was cut too big and it overhangs a foot too long, they installed pieces where the edge is Unfinished. They have been back and forth to our house no less than 5 times and our job is still not complete and they are holding up us closing on our house. No one communicates at this company and it is nearly impossible to get answers. It is a bit of a joke at this point. I highly suggest you do NOT use this company. You will regret it!!

Our experience with Midland Marble has been a nightmare. The team that was sent for the tear out our countertops and back splash had no pride in their work. They dropped sheet rock behind my pocket door. We had to remove the sheet rock they installed to remove the trash dropped behind the wall to open our pocket door. They cut the sheet rock incorrectly in an area and nailed it in one place to nothing - not attached to a stud. When they arrived the next day in their box truck they hit the house with their truck. They damaged the gutters and the shingles. Their insurance has taken care of the damage, but it cost me a lot of additional time. When they unloaded they found they had cut the largest piece of granite to the wrong sink. I had purchased a sink and provided all the information needed for the granite to be cut correctly. Instead of having the piece re-cut I decided to accept a new sink from them. It was not the same sink we wanted. Now we have chips on the front underside of the granite that we are waiting to hear back from them on. I am hoping they will take care of their warranty. The biggest disappointment has been that no one (including the persons hitting the house) or even the manager we've been texting apologized for anything.
