Again setting in line for 10 minutes then a new person was helping me God I hate this bank... Maybe the person that is dealing with me should stay and keep helping me before giving me someone else or helping with other customers it's just wrong I think I will be going in from now on because drive thru takes way to long I have to work and stuff and these people take to lone to talking to you or give you your money

More than one occasion I’ve attempted to deposit paper checks into my account at the banks atm machine. The feeder jams and withholds my check without applying the funds to my account. Calling during business hours is a joke. They can’t access the paper deposits over the weekend and usually the person who answers the telephone is very dismissive and uncaring. Almost as if they’ve had plenty of practice fielding this sort of phone call. Ultimately it requires a special in-person visit to correct.
