Surrender. That was my experience when I went on retreat at the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration Monastery in San Diego, Ca many years ago. That encounter would eventually lead me to Clyde, Mo. Today, I accidentally found these pages on Facebook. That’s bringing forth memories. So many lifetimes between then and now.

I live in a suburb outside of Atlanta, Georgia. I have sent prayer requests to the sisters for at least sixteen years. Their prayers have brought me comfort as well as an increased love for my faith. I appreciate these spirit- filled women so much. While I may never meet them, I am a supporter all the way here in Georgia. Thank you so much.

It's been many years since Mark and I have been to Clyde, but looking at the beautiful photos and knowing that our sister Hope is back "home" again makes us very happy.

Sisters are WONDERFUL prayerful women, the Retreats meaningful and Spiritual. A beautiful & peaceful place to soak in God's gifts of nature . Also the meals are delicious. The Gift shop has lovely HANDMADE soaps and Art.

Are you referring to Clyde Hill Farms, which featured our award-winning dairy cattle? No, it does not. We still have quite a bit of acreage that we lease to area farmers.

Hello! We should have a portress on duty this weekend if you’d like to visit. Generally the tours are available Monday - Saturday, 9 - 11:30 am and 1:30 - 4 pm, and Sundays, 9:30 - 11:30 am and 1:30 - 4:30 pm. I would think they would. I have been to a retreat at the monestary which had men and women. They would have room.
