I had the best experience today visiting this AT&T location. I have been dealing with an absolute nightmare of an issue since December. Without going in to all the details, I have been paying for a phone that should have been free with my trade-in, but many things got screwed up along the way on AT&Ts end. After months of phone calls that led to nowhere, I decided to visit a store, as a last ditch effort. Justin, the manager, actually listened to my saga, digested it, and took action right away, along with Brea (assistant manager). They made multiple calls, and spent their time making sure there was a solution. I was more than satisfied with my experience and the resolution. I can also tell that Justin, in particular, is a great manager. He shows a lot of patience, critical thinking, and actually listens to the customer as well as his employees. I will be visiting this location for all future AT&T purchases or issues.

I was looking to upgrade my Galaxy S8 active, so I visited this AT&T store. An employee by the name of Celeste greeted me with a warm welcome. She was able to quickly answer all of my questions about trading in my phone and about the new phone options available through AT&T. Buying a new phone can be complex and difficult due to all of the existing options today, but Celeste helped me narrow down what options existed within my budget and was able to provide detailed information about those devices. I will definitely come back to this store in the future when I need assistance with my phone. Thank you, Celeste.
