The receptionist was so nice in fact all the staff i encountered was amazing! They exceeded my expectations by making sure my car was restored and returned to me sooner than anticipated and I can’t tell my car was ever rear ended ! I am beyond pleased and grateful! This was for my mom’s car that had been in a small accident. She set up the appointment, but required me to manage the process. They were very understanding and accommodating to my difficult schedule. They allowed me to act on behalf of my mother and were able to give me a ride home when I dropped the car off for repairs. Their communication from the first phone call, to updates throughout the repair process, to in person explanations were patient and friendly and professional. This gave me great confidence in the choice for repairs at their location. The cleanliness and appearance of the shop were impeccable. Finally, the quality of work done and the thoroughness to make sure everything was taken care of was exceptional. They dealt directly with my mom’s insurance and made the process as painless as possible. They have gained my highest recommendation.

They were nice, polite, kept you well informed as to the progress. The finish product was not as nice as I expected there was two pieces of dirt in the paint which created a small run in two places as well. Other than that, oh one other thing when I went to pick it up there was this black smug stuff on the trunk the guy had to go get a rag and some type of chemical to clean it off. Other than that it looks good.

Do not wax or polish the vehicle in the first 90 days. This will allow the finish to cure completely. After the first 90 days keep a coat of polish or wax on the vehicle. This will help keep your finish looking new.

Wash the vehicle by hand with cool water and a very mild car wash solution using a soft cloth, sponge, or mitt. • Always use clean fresh water. • Wash your vehicle in the shade. • Do not use a commercial brush car wash.
