I use to be a weekly customer at alpha smoke shop. But when a product malfunctioned and I tried to speak to the owner he refused to answer the phone. He berated me via text and so I reported him to the BBB. When I sent him a text saying I had contact them his final illiterate response was “ I re-iterate my non caringness. “ Andrew the owner is very unprofessional. I will never be returning again. Don’t go there!!! Their Products will malfunction and they don’t even have the decency to pick up the phone.

I have only seen one person wear a mask and that was on my monthly trip back in June 2020. There's a small bottle of sanitizer at the register, but that's the only one I've ever seen and sometimes it's missing. I wear a mask everywhere I go due to my Lupus, and it really makes me nervous when I go there because I have never seen them keep the six foot distance or wipe down a counter between customers. In several of the political talks with the owner he has made it quite clear that he follows our ex-presidents views on not wearing masks and the source of the virus. It has made me very uncomfortable and my last visit in January made me not return. While they have good prices on the very limited supply of vape juice it's just not worth it for me to patronize this store. I definitely do not recommend this business.
