Unfortunately I had the worst experience that I've had at any doctors office (and this includes the VA). I'll try to keep this short...so I had seen Dr. Moyer before years ago and had severe back pain again and decided to go back. My 1st appointment I had x-rays and an adjustment done by Dr. Rama (may not be spelled correctly). While leaving, I asked Dr. Rama her name again...she had told me earlier, but I forgot. She said "Dr. Rama". I was very courteous and told her thank you so much. Then as I get down the hallway, where I assume she thought I couldn't hear her, I hear her say "I guess he can't read a name tag." I was shocked. When I brought this to Dr. Moyer's attention, she just looked at me funny and replied that that was "really strange." No apology, no "I'll look into it", nothing. So I decide to leave and see a different chiropractor. When I go in to pick up my x-rays, Dr. Moyer is literally standing in the office, but does not even make eye contact with me, much less say anything...these people are completely classless and have no concept of customer service whatsoever. Do yourself a favor if you don't want to be insulted and stay away from this place.
