Make sure you watch them balance your tires and make sure to watch the numbers to see that it is balanced. I watched them and said something about it not being balanced but he reassured me that he knew best and that it was balanced so i let him install the tire...... not even 5 mins down the road i could tell something didn't feel right but i shrugged it off to me worrying to much, then i got up to 62 mph and the front passenger side tire started bouncing like crazy. So I immediately turn around to go back and then he gives me a hard time saying oh its my tires fault... This all could have been avoided if he would have just finished balancing the tire like i asked him before he took it off the machine. It would have also given the customer peace of mind that you ran the tire one more time for them even if it was balanced, which it wasn't.
