Several accounts, a mortgage and am on my fifth auto loan from cacu. I’m looking to move back to USAA or somewhere. They added 5500 dollars to my vehicle loan without calling me. I switched to USAA vehicle insurance and had zero lapse in coverage. I’ve given cacu hard copies of my insurance and emailed it and they never respond or removed the 5500 bucks they added to my loan…..so I can’t trade my truck in. Now I am remembering the incredibly rude loan processor when I got my mortgage. I don’t like this credit union, can’t get ahold of anyone. Contempt for their customers. Have to find a lawyer to talk to about cacu and find a place to move my accounts.

Was with CACU for 14 years. Left today. Their “upgrade” gave my ex access to all of my bank accounts from his mobile app. I was not notified my accts were now being shared. If he hadn’t told me I would have had no idea. He was seeing all my acct info and transactions. Could have transferred himself all of my money. Huge security issue. CACU didn’t call me back to tell me when he was removed. Left multiple messages & ultimately I had to leave work to go to a branch to find out.

Long hold times on the phone and convoluted voicemail system. I know the just did an upgrade but got disconnected yesterday after being on hold twice for 20 minutes. Today on hold 20 minutes. Then put on hold several more times after I was being helped and still did not get my issue resolved.
