I would like to give a big thumbs up to Dr. Joyce and his team. He got threw in the middle of my cancer treatment and problems. He kept working and trying things until he got it mostly worked out. Deeply in debted to the class of service offered. BCMH is lucky to have him and his team. He probably thought. I was a pain. Also the doctor and nurses on the floor was very friendly and helpful. I was miserable. A big thank you.

On October 11th someone very close to me was seen at the Covid clinic. He was told he had strep throat. Yesterday, November 3rd, we received a notice that his covid test was positive. It instructed him to quarantine for 10 days. This notice wss post marked November 1st. Someone really messed up and it caused a lot of people to be exposed to covid. The document shows that the test was done a little after 4 pm and the results were sent within 1 hour. Why on esrth did it take 21 days to mail the results and why did the hospital not call us to tell us the test was positive. There is absolutely no excuse for delaying informing him.

The employees who answer the phone, (typically young and untrained and ignorant of any professional customer service) do not have a care in the world about you as a patient! Even the supervisors are rude, conderscending and are much more concerned about the fact that you would actually offend them with a complaint about the poor service than attempting to resolve the issue in a professional manner.

Visitation details are available our website: http://www.bcmhospital.com/covid-19-visitor-policy/
Hi Jason! Thank you for your interest. Our last renovation was also a major addition that began in 2001 and completed in 2003.
