We stayed here for a week and we’re very impressed! The room was very nice and clean, and breakfast was great. Tayvius, Erica, Jerry and Doug and everyone else where friendly which made our experience even better. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again.

Great service and price. Shuttle service was very helpful. Room was clean and comfy. I loved how they had a mini kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove, and target within waking distance. Only wish they had fluffier/thicker pillows, but that's just a personal preference. Will definitely stay there again.

[EDIT] After my original review, the hotel manager did reach out to me, which is a sign of good customer service. We didn’t get to speak, but I appreciate the effort. Although my experience with the staff member that checked me in wasn’t good, I think it says a lot when someone tries to fix or address an error. - The Hotel: It’s decent for what it is. I stayed a week or so due to work and it was great to have a larger space with a kitchenette. The hotel is located near a shopping center which is great, and they do provide some options for breakfast which also helps a lot when you’re there for a longer period of time. - The stay is affordable at about $100-$130 or so a night depending and the rooms are decent. There are more luxurious options, but you can count on this location to give you a clean, reliable and safe place to stay. - I would recommend!

We recently stayed at TownePlace Suites on points for 4 nights while visiting a sick relative. The hot breakfast choices were satisfying, the delicious coffee all day was excellent, the fitness center had both cardio machines and a variety of weights, light to heavy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 2 queen suite had two closets with plenty of hangers, a well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 burner stove and medium sized fridge. It is not a luxury hotel, but for an extended stay it was very comfortable, well appointed, and convenient to the airport, Troy, Albany, and anything you’d like delivered by Instacart or DoorDash if it’s too cold to go out!
