We have really enjoyed our experience the last few times we've been here. The new staff rocks! Super friendly and efficient and the food was hot and good. Definitely recommend the crispy chalupa. It's my new favorite.

If I could give it minus five stars I would. Used to be great place to go but now like every other fast food place they don't have enough workers the workers they have arent competent and every single time, not every once in awhile or more often than not, but every single time I go there they're either out of something or they screw my order up.

So I get hair in my nacho grande, I asked for extra cheese, not extra hair!!! This taco bell establishment has changed so much through the years. You are standing there for like five minutes before your asked, have you ordered yet!!!

I know by now fast food horror stories are so common that they're almost trite, but this one is special even by that very low standard. We picked up a mobile order a short while ago from this location that had 8 items and 4 sides of guacamole. Out of that, 4 of the items were incorrect, and all 4 sides were missing. The 4 bean burritos were ordered fresco style, which removes all the dairy and adds tomatoes, making them vegan. The store made the bizarre choice to add sour cream to these, making them impossible for me to eat. Now, the burritos include the tomatoes, so they obviously received the fresco modification. And bean burritos do not have sour cream in the first place, so how they decided it belonged in these burritos is beyond our understanding. Weird, but well within the normal range of screw ups from this store. So we did what we normally do for this location--we called the store and asked them to remedy this. And this is where it went off the rails. The first person to answer the phone was a male in a falsetto voice. When we asked for a manager, the person to come on was supposedly named Chris, who claimed to be a manager. Why would I doubt something like that? Well, here's how he responded to us. First, when we pointed out the sour cream, he said that it was probably our fault for ordering it wrong. When we pointed out that the burritos were fresco, he said that that doesn't even show up for them. On hearing that sour cream doesn't even come on bean burritos normally, he just said, "I don't know." Then, the coup de grace. When we said that we wouldn't be able to come back tonight, he said that there was nothing they could do anyway, since it's a mobile order. When we countered that the mobile app doesn't have any visible recourse for things like this, and that we routinely have items fixed or provided that are missing or incorrect at this very location... he told us to fill out a survey. Only after further prodding would he even provide us with the customer service number. Never have we had someone who point blank refused to help us to this extent. After our experience with "Chris," we are no longer convinced that the numerous incorrect orders we have received from this store were truly accidents. Out of the 26 orders we have placed from this store over the past year, only 2 of them were fully correct, and both were afternoon orders. The others were predominantly evening or night orders. We think that the workers have a mental log of customers who have annoyed them, and they intentionally put less effort or interfere with the orders of these customers. Since we always use the mobile app for orders, they would always have my name. To be clear, we are not inherently suspicious people. We are just data-oriented, and the data on Central Ave is overwhelmingly one-directional and makes us doubt their sincerity. There's only so many times someone can undermine you before you can't just forgive it as an accident.

I believe that you will have to Google the store. As an aside Taco Bell is owned by PepsiCo.
