It was spit on. The best Arby's I've been to in a long time. It is a pity it's not in Chicago. Driving past Albany we decided on dinner here. The staff was friendly the food was really excellent. Very clean well run establishment. Ihht try to stop on the way back.

This is the best fast food in the area. I work in the area so I come here a lot and Pam is always super friendly. The service is amazing, food is delicious and you get your food really quickly.

I had a "buy one/get one free" coupon which made it worth my while to drive the 20 miles to get there. Not only were the sandwiches delicious, the service was quick and the staff pleasant to talk with. The restaurant area was clean and the rest room was clean and well stocked. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Its based on the amount of meat is on the sandwich. If you want a sandwich with more meat you have an option between classic, double, or half pound.
Totally disagree. Food is the same, if not better, and customer service is much better. The lunch line has always been long. With the change in management folks have noticed the better quality of food and hence longer line.
Take out only, mask must be worn to get served.
