I came to see Dr. MICHAEL and after my visit I asked tge assistant if they can fill up some papers for my work since I had to be off for more than 3 days. She was very rude and said that to do those papers will have a charge of $35. This is the first time and the first Dr's office charge to do some paperwork for a patient. Now, I'm here on their office to pick up the papers and pay for this ridiculous fee and I had been here for 1 hr without having any assistance. Also the front desk giris also rude with every single patient. I will not recommend a place wirh this kind of treatment.

Office staff were friendly & easy to make an appointment with. However, the care was not good. I left with a guess of what was wrong and no follow up imaging. Went to another practice for a second opinion. They spent time and found the source of my pain. Months later, I just received a bill for the X-rays taken which was more than 3x the price of what I paid at the second practice!

Truly unfathomable! I tried numerous times today calling to establish myself as a new patient. Attempts of three calls , 45 minutes of no one picking up and sending a message through messenger as well. If this is indicative of who they are before even starting I want no part of them I suggest others look for someone else as well. Disgusting disgraceful and unprofessional.
