If your client lives in Cathedral City, you will want to contact the Cathedral City Fire Department. However, I thought Real Estate transactions required home inspections and that those covered everything. I am not aware of any FD involvement in home sales.

Do you help with water heater issues? My water heater is very old and makes a lot of rumbling sounds. Can you guys check mine out or do I have to go to someone else? We've already had maintenance come but they do everything cheap.
