Ordered food for delivery at 10pm and order was marked complete on the tracker at around 11pm. I called and asked the manager on duty where my food was, he reassured me that it was on the way and they just marked it complete so he could add more orders to the deliveries. I waited another hour and called back again and never got ahold of anyone. I waited 2 more hours and I never received my food. Called the next morning and asked when the General Manager would be there the manager on duty told me to call back that evening. I called back and the manager on duty that evening was slightly rude and unprofessional. He seemed annoyed and told me to call back tomorrow morning. Update: Finally got ahold of the General Manager, she was very well spoken and polite. She made it right!

Ordered a pizza online waited 2.5 hrs for a pizza that never showed up... and this IS NOT MY FIRST time having delivery problems with them...tried to give them the benefit of the dought but yeah horrible place...

Maybe it's not fair to blame Dana for my dissatisfaction with the pizza if she is following orders, but I am highly dissatisfied. My pizza was a medium one topping and I paid to have 2 more added. It is ridiculous the small amount of toppings were there. To be told that toppings are measured and it is what it is, is also ridiculous. Noone was rude or anything like that, but I quit coming months ago because an employee was rude in telling me that the toppings listed for the pasta I ordered were incorrect and that his way was right. No to mention that quality is steadily declining but the price doesn't. Someone told me they had gotten better so I decided to come back. They were wrong. Someone got a free pizza because it was so unappealing to me that I gave it to a stranger. Sadly I won't be returning for anything for myself.

Always delicious, and actually makes deliveries to my house, which is awesome. I also have the dominos app of course, which gives points towards a free pizza. And you can't beat that with a wiffle ball bat!
