This review is aimed at "Kendra Barnett" who left a Review about her "ADA Registered ESA dog." First of all lady, why don't you read the ADA? You realize an EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL is NOT a SERVICE DOG and there is NO REGISTRY for an actual SERVICE ANIMAL. You are a SCAM ARTIST and seem angry that the hospital actually called you out on that! As someone that has an actually trained service animal, you bring SHAME to the disabled community. Take a moment to LEARN about what a Service Animal is. An "Emotional Support Animal" is just that - emotional support! For HOME. Not PUBLIC. ESA's DO NOT HAVE PUBLIC ACCESS. That being said, my ACTUAL trained Service Dog and I have *never* had an issue at this hospital.
