I called the salon and shared with them how my hair needs to be treated. I even took the time and went to meet with the salon owner before booking an appointment to color my hair ICY BLONDE. since the owner Joe names the Salon Hale Organic..I expected the quality/ CLEANNESS and professionalism he is marketing his salon. The receptionist strongly insisted her boss is experienced and would carefully do my hair. I mentioned my nationality to her.. seems they hate this group of people.. he could have refused doing my hair. in my appointment... the Owner touched my hair without gloves.. I find out he has FUNGUS on his thumb.. that could infect my head this was not a mistake that was in purpose. he shared thoughts that made me feel bad, and my hair in his hands I was scared the bleach...he washed my head after using bleach on my short hair twice leaving it not one color, orange traces and yellow.. he started cutting his employee hair from my time. and then touching my head with his hands with the infections on his nails, and condensed my hair and it smelled like MOLD.. his hands were full of his employee gray hair.. and I left the chair, and...he said look I just washed my hands : where he lays my hair (unprofessional) (I hate to offend people, I expect from a hair salon owner to do the right thing especially with the virus.. and he has a full article about COVID Regulation on his website). The OWNER Applied a dark grey toner on my bleached hair that didn't come out one color. The TONER HE CHOOSE? without my permission. it looks green and yellow like ( MOLD). he didn't use products that he charged me for.320$ on Venmo and CASH.. not on the records... WHY DID HE MISTREAT MY HAIR? HE Knows the DANGER of Fungies infection.. he asked me to not wash my hair for three days... then I find out his employee grey hair on my head.. he didn't clean his hands or tools that he used on my head?? WHY? he didn't do the right thing? what was the intention behind this act? then he asked me to call his psychic supporter and asked me to call her????? My hair color is terrible.. ARE THEY AWARE OF THE DANGER OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING? Before writing this review I called the salon to resolve the issue.. I don't feel safe going back to Hale Salon.
