I am very disappointed by this experience. I have been a frequent guest at Hampton Inns across the country but this is the first establishment that I must leave a negative review for. I booked my TWO-NIGHT reservation through a third-party (Orbitz- I always do this) and was told upon entry that they could not find my reservation. The night clerk Dylan was very apathetic and rude. He booked me quickly as in a rush to get me out of the lobby and failed to mention that the room would be 100 dollars more than my quoted Orbitz rate. He also only booked me for ONE night which would have left the guest stranded. Dylan also failed to mention anything about free breakfast or room service. Luckily the female front desk agent in the morning was more efficient and was able to get the manager involved and took the extra step to get the situation resolved. I appreciate getting the quoted room rate after her involvement but Dylan's lack of customer service skills and lack of job knowledgment equate to a 1 star rating. I won't be returning.

This is the second Hampton Inn my husband and I have stayed at and it was another win! Having the complementary breakfast is always a plus and money saver. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

This hotel needs attention and updates. The staff that was there were as helpful as they could be. But there is no maintenance there over the weekends, so the remaining staff must deal with it or the occupants, themselves, must take care of what can be done. And although there is WiFi, we had not USB ports anywhere in our room. We experienced stained chairs, stained carpets, broken armrests on the desk chair and the shower did have soap residue in the soap dishes. Makes one question what else didn't get cleaned. Truly, this particular Hampton Inn is not of the same excellent standards experienced at other Hampton Inns.

The lady that ran the complimentary breakfast went out of her way to accommodate us. Her personality was awesome & she made us laugh. I'd go back just to visit her. The suite we had was huge & gorgeous. The pool, hot tub, & complimentary breakfast was superb. I definitely recommend this hotel. The rates were reasonable as well.
