This apartment complex is a racial profile place my daughter fill the application out everything was OK until she showed up my daughter has a one credit nothing no bad background history or anything but they sent her an email saying that her credit didn’t stand up to their standards but his email on his application that they sent to her did not have a date on there so by her being African-American she cannot have the apartment I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and whoever needs to know about this apartment complex. And yes if you’re African-American maybe Latino Mexican don’t even try to apply.

I’m in the process of looking for my very FIRST apartment ever so I’m still new to everything and I thought this would be a good place to be but the Manager Sheryl was so rude to me and my mother and had such an attitude with us and gave us such a hassle please stay away from here

It's a retirement community they segregate by age most are elderly they will threaten to evict you f open a window on the winter STAY AWAY if you want to live your life because the lady in the office is the gestapo5

I am a current, 13 year. Resident. I completely agree with you as does every other resident here. I come from a long-standing legal background and have done extensive research regarding landlord tennant law. She is without a doubt guilty of harassment and disability discrimination. I have and continue to put up with this for years and I am sick and tired of it! Please respond if you want to talk more
No one ncome requirements need to call office prices and yes there are hamdicap
From my understanding you don't. You would have to make an appointment first and then come in and fill out the papers
Im not sure what that is, but they do work with you and it does goes by your income.
