I had a consultation with Flora today and I was so impressed! She took her time to listen about my health, hair history, and concerns. She then used a technical device that took photos of my scalp so she could assess my hair follicles as well as my scalp health. After that, she explained what she found. She took her time to educate me on the process and products she offers that can assist me with my hair goals. I left feeling excited to start my hair and scalp health journey with her!

I was concerned about a lot of shedding I've been having lately and I was very worried. I had a free consultation with Flora. She explained things clearly and asked questions to help determine what might be the cause. She also used some very impressive state-of-the-art equipment to to take pictures of my scalp to determine it's health. They literally get to the "root" of your problem. The salon is very clean and adheres to covid safety measures. There are private rooms for salon services so that you do not have to be out in the middle of a room with a number of people. The private setting is very appealing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is conveniently located off the Saw Mill Parkway. If you're worried about hair loss, this should be your 1st place to get help. Don't try to figure it out in your own or just live with it. They are amazing!

Thank you for your question. We use a solution to remove the prosthesis during the 4 week visit. We offer various hair systems and prosthetic options. The life expectancy depends on which type of system you choose. In general a custom prosthesis may last a year or longer. But, we have other systems that may be changed several times per year. From my experience they very durable and comfortable sometimes I forget that I'm wearing a piece...I have 2 pieces I rotate when I go for maintenance I'm very happy with my piece is definitely a confidence booster
