I am so disappointed with my interaction with Spa Space. Weeks before the pandemic hit, I purchased a Hydrafacial package worth about $500 and was able to use one before the shut down. I never received any communication (maybe it went to spam) about what actions they were taking regarding packages, but I never thought they would take money from me without providing any service. I am saddened and really so shocked to say that is exactly what they did. I have been called back to the office which is next door to the spa, so I went in on September 1 to get back on the schedule, fully expecting them to say I would have to pay additionally due to change in prices or that we would have to figure out a creative solution where both parties could feel good about the result. I spoke to the manager who told me she would look into it and get back to me. I recieved an email shortly after stating that the package had expired and there was nothing that she was willing to do to help me. I sent an email back asking her to reconsider hoping we would be able to work something out. I have never recieved a response. I was really looking forward to coming back downtown to get my routine back on track after a long 2 years. I was going to take my team there for mani/pedis as a welcome back to the office. I had hoped to have a good experience after all this mess.

Ruben is amazing. He knew where I needed more work, without me telling him and he varied stretching and massage perfectly (the stretching was as spot on as that provided by a good chiropractor).

I went in for a facial and I couldn’t be more satisfied. From the ambiance to the professionalism this place is top notch! Gigi was my esthetician and she was very knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. Not to mention my skin feels AMAZING! Definitely recommend.
