I’m so disappointed by this experience. The technician who completed my wax was AMAZING and I could not recommend her more highly. However, the front door staff was so incredibly rude that there is no way I will be returning. I’ve truly never been treated more poorly by any other front desk staff. At one point I confirmed that the price was correct because it was less than the price listed online and I didn’t want her to undercharge me. Instead of calmly explaining to me why that was the case, she continued to call me sketchy and became even more rude when I confronted her about the fact that was inappropriate. Should the franchise owner like to talk about this issue I am happy to provide more details—the great technicians should not lose business as a result of the front desk staff

Do not go here!! This location changes and cancels appointment at will and does NOT inform the customer. I showed up and the centered moved my appointment to an hour and a half later and did not inform me. The front desk attendant was very rude and did nothing to help me. I will NEVER use this business again and neither would you. They are very unprofessional.

I've had pretty mixed results at European Wax Center. It's pricier than most places in the neighborhood, but they tend to have tons of availability. For the most part, they tend to be friendly and do a fine job. Last week, I had my eyebrows done. The woman doing my brows seemed like she was in a hurry. (I booked in advance and showed up a few minutes early, so she wouldn't have needed to rush to squeeze me in.) Normally, they ask how I want my brows to look, but she just started slapping on the wax. She didn't clean up any of the hairs missed by the wax and didn't put anything on my skin to calm the redness. My brows came out uneven, the arch is not defined at all on one side, and it took days for the redness to fade. The offered me $10 off my next service, but I don't plan to go back. There are a bunch of other places on the same block that do a better job.
