My wife was today in the store with my 8 and 6 yr old to check out your bikes. Four associates were in the store. One guy was on the PC, two were sorting parts, and one just stood there. Not one of you thought it would be meaningful to start taking care of an customer. My wife even asked if my 8 yr old could try one to see what size would be the right one. So, she literally needed to pull out one bike herself, had the little one riding it down the aisle and still no interest of you all to assist her further. What can I say, she left and won’t be back. Business must be good for you to dismiss a local customer so easily.

here to fix a bad review. originally gave 1 star because my order went 5 days without being given to a shipping company/carrier. was skeptical as ive never ordered or even heard of the store, and this definitely made me nervous. emailed them and it was completely fixed the next day. order has been shipped and better yet, somehow went from LA to BC, Canada in less than a day (standard shipping). so, props on that. will change back to 5 stars once i get my order and make sure everything is all there.
