I visited the dollar tree today,as I walked in I showed my return to the cashier and proceeded to get the items I needed to exchanged " 3 items" as I got to the register I thought I had the right receipt,,the cashier said no ,I then ask to see the Manager " Jasmine " she came to the register never looked at my receipt and went with The what the the cashier " Monique said, "both young ladies were very rude,told me in a nasty tone to step aside that I was holding up the line start putting my items that I wanted to exchange and purchase aside the Manager on duty didn't try to help me she was letting the cashier run it ,I ask for the District manager name the Manager refused to give it to me ,I do art's and crafts and I'm visiting and purchasing from all the dollar tree, so this is my hobby, as she can see I had many receipts, she didn't try to help me ,she the Manager was very unprofessional ,I retired from retail I been a store manager for over 45years,I no the value of customer service and I also no the rules of the companies however I never witness employees talking rude to anyone like I witness today,When I told the cashier that I was going to call customer service she the cashier said I don't care and she said I was rude in front of her Manager and the Manager didn't say anything. I still made a purchase, if I could I would have given no stars but the system has to give one, I still going to shop at Dollar tree but not that location, it's very disappointing because it's in my neighborhood.The staff needs to be retrained on customer service and customer care .
