I have had the worst experience with this unprofessional company..yesterday I had a delivery which my mom get every 10th of the month pullups & liners ..delivery person drop of 2 boxes I called let them know she didn't get her liner ..lady said ok I'll send them back..iii go to the store come back a box in front of door ..still no liner more pull ups.i call back this morning ..she ask for the numbers on the box mind you when I called yesterday she didn't ask for them before she sent the deliver person back yesterday..but now she want the numbers off 1st deliver ..I broke them down thru them away..but still hv the second box they delivered ..so I'm told that if I don't hv the first boxes number unfortunately we cant help you..my mom has been billed for supplies she didn't receive..I called blueshield blue cross coordinator to stop the billing and healthcare supervisor..now file a complaint at the state..they need to be stop..the elderly is always mistreated not this beautilful women called my mother..mess with the wrong one..amen
