From the moment that i called and reserved the room until I was checking out the morning after our stay it could not have been a better experience !! The front desk was exceptionable, check in was a without incident, and we were in our room within minutes. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Great job from the entire team, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Dirty, terrible customer service; military veteran had medical emergency and wouldn't let us in building, told us they cancelled our reservation then later tried to say they lost it, tried to upcharge the cost by almost $50 a night. I found dead bugs in room and pool.

Dirty, horrible customer service; was having a medical condition, rude, lost reservation (admitted they canceled the reservation) and wanted to upcharge, wouldn’t let us in the building. The pool was absolutely disgusting and there were dead bugs scattered all around the room

The room was nice and mostly clean but there were some spider webs and a spider. I woke up multiple times throughout the night and smelled cigarette smoke but didn’t smell it any other time. I thought it was a little strange that we got one of the farthest rooms from the front door despite the parking lot being empty. Staff was friendly.
