If you want a company that thinks a mud swamp in your back yard during a drought is acceptable then SB Evolution is for you. I paid them to fix a leak and their crew proceeded to ignore the fact that the fix had failed for multiple weeks. Despite the fact that their crew is in that corner of my yard much more frequently then me I had to find the problem (and others that they completely ignored) fix it temporarily which tool all of 2mintes and raise the alarm. Their response? Just blame it on my plumbing and not bother to apologize or take responsibility in any shape form or matter. The guys just don't seam to care. A few facts. No one other then SB Evolution touched the system for several years before this fiasco. If it was not their fault why did only the valves at the end of the line fail and none other further upstream? They have a habit of changing service days with zero warning. What ever pleases them. They are happy to allow plants to encroach on your walk ways. I should have gotten rid of them a long time ago.

Update 9/3/2022: We had SB Evolution come out to improve our backyard with new areas of turf where we did not want to water anything, and fix all the irrigation to the plants. It came out great. Now water is only going where it needs to, they took care of everything, and the project came out great. Samuel and team were really helpful and did a great job. Thank you. Came out very quickly when I called with a question about fixing our irrigation system, immediately fixed the issue, and worked with us on designs for future landscaping. Fantastic service. They replaced the fence in our property. They were professional, showed up early, and Samuel did a terrific job. After the client’s approves of the proposal quote and SB Evolution is in receipt of the client’s deposit, smaller projects can start within 1-3 weeks. Larger projects requiring hardscape and softscaping with plants could require 2-6 weeks lead time or longer. Please inquire as these lead times can change depending upon how busy we are and the time of year.
