August 20th was a memorable day for me because I purchased my first pair of cowboy boots! I always imagined this day to be a great experience and Jacob at Lucchese San Antonio absolutely made this an incredible experience from start to finish. Jacob was personable, passionate, and so respectful. My experience started out with an educated overview of Lucchese and then tailored into what I like and what I was looking for. Jacob was knowledgeable about the boots and styles, the feeling of the fit, the expectation for the comfort, among many more things. Jacob made me feel so comfortable with my experience and trying different boots on and making sure what I was trying on was perfect for me. Jacob did a phenomenal job as a salesperson of matching my energy, tone, and excitement and it truly helped to make this such a success. As you can imagine, I ended up buying my first pair of boots and I couldn't be happier with my boots but also my experience. I know that I will be back for a pair of black boots and wouldn't want to experience this again without Jacob's service and experience. Thank you Jacob for your amazing service and helping me purchase my first pair of boots, can't wait to stop back in again!

You can try calling and asking the gentleman that works their he'll help you he's very nice.
1st question they'll ask is did you order online or in the store? If in store ask for the manager. Online, find there phone number, make sure you have the purchase order number, and contact them. Lucchese isn't usually a late organization.

You probably weren't instantly helped because most people don't want to be bothered they just want to shop around so... the employees have now been trained not to bother to customers unless they ask for help.
Not lucchese boots. Try selling them online. Or on Craigslist. There great boots and should sell easily.
