Great experience, great service, great product mix. I am 6’7”(so shopping for tall sizes) and had my luggage lost at United flight. In this store I got what I needed - and more stuff that I wanted. Steve, thank you very much for your help and attitude. Highly recommend.

I went in to the store explaining that I was trying to find something that didn't need to be tailored. The owner told me it was no problem they can do it same day. I found a shirt I liked and then the owner changed his mind and said it wasn't worth it for him to do the item for me because he could have another customer come in and spend more money buying two suits when I'm only buying a shirt so it just wasn't worth it. Do yourself a favor and go to Penners instead. Whether you're buying a pair of socks or a bespoke suit, they know how to treat customers AND tailoring is included with the price of every garment. I have spent thousands of dollars at Josephs but will never spend another penny again. To tell me, "it's not worth it" tells me I am not worth it. Terrible customer service, rushed out and treated like dirt. Do not shop here.

I'm a retiring handyman. Tired of t-shirts and jeans. Stopped in here after a disappointing experience with a retailer in the mall. The staff at Josephs is well qualified. They can size you up just by looking at you. They have tailors on staff and great shoe shine fellow there too. After buying $8 t-shirts, the prices are a bit of a shock. Great quality is pricey. Everything I've purchased so far fits well and is superb quality. I'm happy and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. It feels GREAT to dress up. Thanks all!
