I needed an appointment quickly for a comprehensive exam. They got me in the next day. Everyone was very polite, kind, and professional. I have to say this impressed me. Customer service has crumbled in most places the past 10- 15 years. I've not been treated with much professionalism in medical facilities in the 3 years that I've been in this area. It starts at the top and this dentist is also kind and professional. I have no dental insurance. They were prepared for that and secured a dental card for me. They did a comprehensive exam, exrays, fitting for a partial....all at no cost cuz its part of the free exam for a new patient. As grateful as I am for that the additional work I know this is going to get expensive even at 25% off their normal fee. I'd give them 5 stars if not for the steep prices which lands in the thousands. I am a disabled person on a tight income. I may be able to earn some extra income but no where what I'll need. I can try to sell my things. I needed a better car but it'll have to wait another 6 or 7 years til I can pay this off.

Yes – the practice even offers new patients without insurance a free exam, x-rays, and consultation. During that first appointment, the doctor creates a care plan outlining recommendations and costs so that the patient has a better idea of what treatments are required.
