Went there after a truck hit my house...left my house after 330 am after house got boarded up. Checked in to hotel with 3 cats and 2 dogs, my fiance and his mom.We found that the rooms were filthy. Snack bags from vending machine still under bed, light fixtures had so much dust u couldn't see the light, and once we finally laid down to sleep, we felt like there was something crawling on us...we hit the light and my fiance saw a bed bug crawling out from under mattress. We immediately packed both rooms up and checked out after only being there 2 hours.. rather stay at demolished home than at that hotel. Won't be back. Thanks for making a difficult situation worse..

Abhorrent. Absolutely abhorrent. It was way too cold for a hotel room IN DECEMBER when we first got into our room, the toilet was awkward to work with, the shower curtain couldn't stay in one place which means we had wet clothes to deal with too, the fridge was way too cold to put stuff in without freezing it and the only way to adjust is was with a screwdriver since the knob for the dial wasn't there, and the beds were not comfortable in the slightest. It's a bad sign where the most comfortable place for me to sleep WAS THE FLOOR!! Coupled with no breakfast and no housekeeping and all that leads to a horrible hotel experience. Do not go here!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Just had the worst experience I have ever had. Husband went to check in was told the room wasn't ready yet to come back later. (It was after 3pm) He asked how much later and he said "later. " But of course wanted our money right away. Meanwhile I walked to the pool and it was green with mold and absolutely disgusting. I went in to inquire about that and was met outside by Hotel clerk who kept saying I was yelling at him (I am almost completely deaf in one ear so I naturally talk loud.) Told me to leave. Kept screaming at me saying "I am not your slave!" Told me pool wasn't working and they aren't required to disclose that information. Also told me that it was perfectly fine to charge for the room even though it wasn't ready. And it was fine to charge for amenities that aren't available. Man at front desk was refusing ro give me his name I waited and he finally did. Never have been treated so poorly in my life! But in reading some of these reviews, it sounds like I dodged a bullet.

The check-in experience was swift and easy I was in the city for a event. It was super late when I got there like 1:30am The room was decent The only complaint I honestly have about cleanliness was that the lamp was pretty dusty. My reason for giving this hotel a low score was because there was a bar sticking out from the bed and while getting into the bed I cut my leg. I was so exhausted from my event I patched myself up and went to sleep because I had a long trip ahead of me. The staff was absolutely kind so I'm sure if I would have brought this to their attention they would have accommodated.
