I live in a senior citizan cummunity n i am getting a bill why
Contact customer service, 800Comcast. There are some steps you have to complete before the router will accept new devices. Even after you setup the wifi network.
I want to upgrade phones for myself and my two daughters... can i bring them in individually to update phones on our shared plan or do we need to all come together?

Our HOA/ Community is discontinuing cable arrangement and we are to come in to renew our service/ contract. Are we to bring in our complete equipment?

If your equipment is older you may want to bring it in to get the upgraded version. I did when our HOA discontinued our cable arrangements.
My Streaming device came with a 6ft HDMI but I need a 10ft or 12 ft cord to reach my TV. Does the local Xfinity comcast store carry them or is there another way to obtain it?

also the 1-800 is a free number to call them and get support , its quick ad very rekiable , jus fallow the pront and it will take you to a representative that will assist you...Hope this is helpfull
