I saw a number of people greeted and interacted with kindly and warmly by a female team member. Then Black and Brown folks came in , and I never saw such a quick turn to the most abrupt and non sympathetic attitude ever in a funeral home. I don’t know who the short haired woman was, but she definitely was unpleasant and I hope more people come forward at the lack of courtesy that this clearly biased woman has towards any mourners who are not white. But then again, this is Florida.
