I placed a pickup order on May 4th, but didn't receive a verification that it was ready to pick up. Life got busy and I forgot to check on the status of the order until today (May 20) when an incredibly rude and pushy person called demanding to know when I can pick it up because it's just been sitting for weeks in their refrigerator. Excuse me? I didn't realize until 30 seconds ago that it was ready to pick up, and she demanded that I give an answer about when I was going to pick it up. I guess they're not too concerned about customers wanting to order from them again 🙄 I should have just canceled the order just because I don't want to give money to companies with terrible customer service.

I've purchased from them a few different times and everything has grown well. There are usually a few extra of each variety in the larger orders. Everyone is helpful and friendly when you call and ask questions.

I have 25percent sun in my yard can I plant black raspberries, and elderberry, if so what variety, I am in zone 4.

Hello, unfortunately we do not recommend planting on a 24% sun, both black raspberries and elderberries prefer full sun (8 hours or more of sun). It is difficult to find something that can grow on that percentage for berries. Let us know if we can be any further assistance. Indiana Berry & Plant Co.
