Utah iS a medical cannabis state that will and does accept out of state cards as long as the "perscription" is for a medical condition recognized by the state of Utah. We dont use marijuana btw we medicate with cannabis as prescribed and follow all state issued guidelines. If you google Utah department of health cannabis site it goes over it very well.
