Paid $40 worth of food. Get home to half my order missing… Absolutely embarrassing. Burger King does better. Just super frustrating being we live far from this location and the most they were willing to do was see what was missing if i were to come in. Worst $40 spent.

Placed an order online and went to pick it up. Got there to pick it up and they said they couldn't find my order. My bank account was charged, yet they were saying that they couldn't find it. They then proceeded to say that normally they won't make the order if they can't find it. However, I have the conformation number and proof of purchase. They said they would make the order this time. If they are refusing to make my order even with proof of purchase, how many other people are they doing this with? Then our fries were only half full. I'm about to say I'm done with this business if this is how they are going to treat their customers

This Arby's is always a pleasure. I do admit that the only thing we order is the $1 between 2 and 5 o'clock. MAN what a bargain!!!!! Any slider you want....fries....shakes..... pop, only $1. You can't beat it. We got chicken sliders and the chicken was a big as a chicken strip. We also got roast beef sliders and the staff even added special sauce for no extra charge. Don't forget the Horsey Sauce!!!!!
