Where can you get on the Link? From this transit? I'm needing to park here and then get to Pacific & 15th and was told to ride the link and it's also free? Is this correct?

It is free! There's free and safe parking in the Sound Transit garage adjacent to it.
What time do they start charging for concert parking? I'm going there to park, but not attending the concert.

If it's an option for you, I'd park at the bus/train station nearby. It's free and fairly secure.
