I’ve been shopping with this company for over 10 years and today and this location came in got my battery tested was advised I needed a new battery. The guy helping me out was very helpful asked him he can change by battery he said no problem. Was about to ring it up and this very rude employee by the name of Paul rudely interrupted and said he is not installing that . He was leaving right now and would not wait for just a quick battery install. Ask the guy if there was any way he could wait my current battery was very low. He just Rudely said absolutely not. Thank god my car started again and was able to go to another auto parts store where they were more then happy to do it for me and for 20 dollars cheaper. You have lost my biz for good. Will Never step foot back into any of your store!!!!

Yes they can, they will let you use a check engine device for free and they will tell you what the codes are and what u need to buy to fix it

They take in cores but only if you have bought the item from them. The only other core they take in without you needing to buy something is battery cores for recycling.
