Absolute incompetence. I had an appointment and they turned me away claiming my glucose blood tests would take 4 hours even though I told them that I was informed it would only take two. They kept interrupting me and telling me that they knew better. I left and went up to the Forest Hill location where my two hour test was completed with no issue. Either this team is lazy or doesn’t know anything about the tests they are supposed to administer. I’m guessing both. Avoid at all costs.

Every female working here made my experience more than enjoyable, i was a walk in around lunch time and was still able to be seen same day. No issues, nothing but respect and empathy. Very easy check in

If I could leave a review with 0 stars, that’s what I would be doing. This place is totally incompetent and should be shut down immediately. My wife wasted half a day when she should have been working for a test that took over 3 hours and no results were provided to her ob/gyn, and now has to redo the entire horrible test a second time. On top of that, they never contacted her or her doctor that the test wasn’t completed and would need to be redone, endangering her health and the health of our unborn baby. She called to complain and speak to a supervisor and was promised to receive a return call within 72 hours and never heard back again. The excuse used was that not enough specimen was collected, even though multiple vials of blood were taken every hour for 3 hours. I will be contacting the Florida Department of Health to file a formal complaint against this laboratory

Had to take my son. Everyone was so nice and efficient. Paris who drew the labs was so amazing and great with kids. The woman at the front office was so helpful as well.
