Charged $100 for inventory and storage of my personal items, that were never taken out of the vehicle, inventoried, or stored. Anyone who has their vehicle taken by them, make sure to file a complaint with the state licensing devision. Once they get enough complaints, they'll audit them, and figure out how many people they've overcharged for things they haven't done. Like legally being required to inventory with a written list.

They moved my car to Orlando before the deadline now I have to go pick it up up their and they don’t even offer a serves to bring it back soooo not sure what I should say at this moment just I’m not happy but the guys working are at least somewhat helpful

Going to file lawsuit. Worker only allowed me to get car back if I gave her the key. Then wouldn’t allow me to inspect before paying and signing for it. Then proceeded to drive my car out herself.

I went to pick up my car and they broke my shock and they stole my bath and body works turtle air freshener like how desperate can you be to take that I hope you guys are enjoying it as much as I did that’s a shame
